Joy Osborne
Joy Osbourne, CDP (Certified Diversity Professional) has 20+ years of business-based HR experience and is currently the Vice President of Human Resources, The Gazette, the local newspaper for Colorado Springs. Her expertise is in both operational and strategic HR practices. She establishes and develops diverse practices and training and development for companies to effectively support and sustain business growth.
Ingrid Richter and Traci Marques
Ingrid Richter is a business strategy consultant with strong ties to workforce development, as well as the defense and technology community. She is co-creator of Catalyst Campus and was awarded Business Leader of the Year by the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce in 2016. She is a commercial real estate broker with Olive Real Estate Group, is an advisory board member of TMC Design Corporation, and is the current chair of the Downtown Development Authority.
Traci Marques is the Executive Director/CEO of Pikes Peak Workforce Center. She has been recognized by the Colorado Dept. of Labor and Employment for her contributions toward the improvement and modernization of veterans’ services, for being the co-creator of the Military, Veterans & Spouses coalition. She serves on the board of Catholic Charities of Central Colorado and the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC.
#Upskill2020 is a program hosted by the Pikes Peak Workforce Center and funded by El Paso County through Federal CARES Act grants. #Upskill2020 provides businesses the unique opportunity to train a cohort of employees in Career, Business, or Basic Workplace skills. These professional development programs are provided online and free of charge, helping companies increase economic vitality as their staff gains more skills through training.
