David Ochenrider, DMD

Dr. David Ochenrider completed his undergraduate education studying Microbiology at the University of South Florida in 1997. Following his graduation, he accepted a position at Nova Southeastern University-College, a brand new
dental school in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In 2001, he was a member of the first graduating class of the dental school where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).

During his time at dental school, Dr. Ochenrider met his wife. They got married after graduation and moved to Virginia to start a family. In 2007 they had a baby girl and decided to move to Albuquerque, New Mexico to be closer to family. He joined PERFECT TEETH™ after his family moved to New Mexico. He says, “The support given by PERFECT TEETH™ has always allowed me to focus completely on the patients and the dentistry. I can go to work, help patients for eight hours, and then go home and devote my time and energy to my family and hobbies.”

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Ochenrider enjoys playing and composing music for the piano, drawing, painting, doing construction projects and writing. He also enjoys working out at the gym, biking, hiking, and Frisbee golf.

“I find practicing dentistry very rewarding. From developing lasting relationships with patients, to helping them improve their smiles and overall health, I could not possibly imagine a better way to earn a living.”
